Property Cost
Standard properties on Vacapedia run on an annual basis. A standard listing includes up to 12 photos. The cost per listing is $150USD.
Once your property is listed as part of the standard listing, you can optionally sign up for the following programs -
- Last Minute Deals - $10USD per property for 30 days
- Featured Property (please call for pricing)

Cancellation and Refund Policy
VACAPEDIA property fees are on an annual basis. But you can request cancellation of your listing within 7 days of the original purchase date and your entire amount will be refunded. Please send your request to refund@vacapedia.com.
We incur a lot of expense in promoting the properties on our website. So please NO refund, full or partial, will be given 7 days after the original purchase date.
PROPERTY OFF THE MARKET
If you wish to remove your property from the market, we can temporarily deactivate your property and reactivate it at a future date. Your listing stays in force through the original term and the renewal date does not change (the renewal date will not be extended during the time that the property is off the market).
PROPERTY SOLD
If you sell your property, you can transfer your VACAPEDIA property to the new property owner for a one time $10 listing transfer fee (normally paid by the new property owner).
NOTE: No refund will be given in this instance.
ONE PROPERTY in ONE LOCATION
VACAPEDIA properties are designed to advertise ONE PROPERTY in ONE LOCATION. If you sell your property and purchase a new property in the same city/location, then you may modify your listing to advertise the new property. However, if you sell your property and purchase a new property in a new location, then you will need to create a new listing. Once a listing is online, the location cannot be modified.
SPAMMING POLICY
Note: VACAPEDIA does not participate in or tolerate the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (SPAM) - VACAPEDIA reserves the right to cancel (without refund) any member that mentions VACAPEDIA or any of its associated websites, URLs, or any associated VACAPEDIA email address in any SPAM e-mail message or Usenet posting. VACAPEDIA is the sole judge in determining what constitutes SPAM.
RENTAL INQUIRIES
It is the goal of VACAPEDIA to reduce the volume of SPAM delivered via the Rental Information and Availability Request (Inquiry) form. To that end, inquiries may be monitored and filtered by VACAPEDIA prior to delivery to VACAPEDIA members. Inquiries may be read by VACAPEDIA staff members. Despite VACAPEDIA filtering efforts, it is likely that some SPAM inquiries will be delivered anyway. It is also likely that some non-SPAM inquiries may not be delivered as a result of VACAPEDIA filtering efforts.
Rental inquires are delivered via Internet email and are not to be considered private. Internet e-mail delivery is not 100% reliable and VACAPEDIA cannot be held responsible for undelivered inquiries or for missed income as a result of undelivered inquiries. VACAPEDIA, at its own discretion, may supply to potential renters the direct e-mail address and or phone number of VACAPEDIA advertisers for the purpose of making a rental inquiry.
MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
VACAPEDIA reserves the right to reject or edit any ad submitted at our sole discretion. Once material has been submitted, edited and posted on the VACAPEDIA web site, it becomes the property of VACAPEDIA and its affiliated sites and may not be copied from the VACAPEDIA web site without written permission.
LOCAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Property owners are responsible for investigating and adhering to all local regulations including, but not limited to permits, licenses, occupancy taxes, and safety compliance.
