In an untouched, wine-making region of south western Tuscany, splendid Tuscan countryside and soft, sandy beaches can be enjoyed from this typical and peaceful Tuscan farmhouse. Three apartments feature rural furnishings with each enjoying the fine spaces of the well-tendered garden, swimming pool and garden terraces, all perfect for admiring the surrounding valley. The owner can also arrange an evening meal (payable locally) within the estate. Vini-culture is a dominant part of life all over Tuscany.
To the south lies the Morellino area near Scansano and a gorgeous drive north will bring you to Montalcino in under an hour, famed for its Brunello wine. Siena can also be reached for a day out but in this part of Tuscany lies the national park of the Maremma and the sandy, untouched beaches around the unvisited Monte Argentario with lovely walks, mile-long stretches of beaches and picturesque fishing villages.
